    I'm trying Tiny Core which uses gcc 13.2.0. So far so good but I got this compile error

    Does it work if you pass `CXXFLAGS=-fexceptions` on the gmake command-line?

    Not sure, to be honest. Can probably close this since I decided not to use that OK. I am now trying Void Linux which also used 13.2.0 but everything compiles fine there.
