    Allow "reserving" names

    The SyncTERM cache uses the BBS name as the directory name, so any
    system-level caching needs to either be in the cache root directory
    or in a directory whose name is guaranteed to not collide with an
    entry name.

    This leaves two options... either prevent a list of suffixes from
    being used on BBS names, or have a separate system cache whose name
    cannot be used as a BBS name.

    I've taken the second route here... SyncTERM will not load a BBS
    entry with the (case insensitive) name "syncterm-system-cache" and
    will not allow creating one. This is the directory where "global"
    cache files will be stored (ie: scripts, internet dialing
    directories, etc.)

    More BBS list loading optimizations

    When loading the BBS list, keep the list sorted and use bsearch()
    to check for duplicates. Previously, they were unsorted and a case
    insensitive string compare was performed between the new item and
    every other item in the list.

    After the last round of optimizations here, there was as much time
    being spent checking for duplicates as was being spent loading and
    parsing the data.

    Now the bulk of the time is once more spent in the iniGet* functions,
    and it's not my fault if it's slow.

    The opt[][69] array has 69-byte elements, but several sprintf() calls
    could write past that:

    - "Address %s" with item->addr (LIST_ADDR_MAX=64, +18 = 83)
    - "Phone Number %s", "Device Name %s", etc. (same field)
    - "GHost Program %s" with item->password (MAX_PASSWD_LEN=128, +18 = 147)
    - "BBS Username %s" with item->password (same)
    - "Font %s" with item->font (80 bytes, +18 = 98)

    Changed these to snprintf(opt[i++], sizeof(opt[0]), ...) to truncate
    instead of overflowing. Other sprintf() calls in the same function
    already used printf_trunc() or format short bounded values (Yes/No,
    small ints, "********") and are not affected.

    Fix multiple bugs in bbslist.c

    - Add NULL check after malloc in BBS list entry creation, undoing the
    list manipulation on failure.
    - printf_trunc: guard against size_t underflow when remain_len < 5
    by falling back to "..." instead of indexing with a wrapped value.
    - Fix strlcpy using sizeof(tmpn) instead of sizeof(tmpv) for the
    destination buffer (harmless since both are same size, but wrong).
    - Fix memory leak: asprintf allocations for File Locations and Build
    Options showbuf dialogs were never freed. Add free(p) after each
    showbuf call, guarded by NULL check on p.
