• The major TV networks are bowing to absolute power

Taking Steven Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel off the air is a sad low point for the United States.

If you're not allowed to criticize a political leader in a society, you're living in a dictatorship.

In the US, Trump made it clear where the Achilles' heel of the TV networks lies.

They've become financially weaker due to the rise of the internet, and they need government approval to merge.

The TV networks simply can't survive in their old form. The internet is too powerful, and services like Netflix are a major threat.

The cancellation of the major evening talk show broadcasts is a sign of the times.

It's the beginning of the end for the old networks, and it's a sign that American democracy is almost over.

There were warnings, but voters voted for Trump or, just as bad, chose not to vote. So, you voted for Trump.

So, I have no sympathy for the American people. They chose this.

I do think it's a shame they chose this. The world will be a worse place if the US openly becomes a dictatorship. The elections in November 2026 will be a test. How fair will they be?

The question then is: will they even bother holding presidential elections in 2028? Let's be clear: ALL of American politics is sick. However, the Republicans are more than a few steps ahead of the Democrats. Big money has complete control over American politics.

Why is it an attack on democracy?

A good example last week: Brian Kilmeade of Fox News: We should give homeless people a lethal injection...

    Nothing happened.

Jimmy Kimmel: The MAGA is doing everything they can to prevent us from seeing that the perpetrator was a young white man from their midst...

And his show was immediately canceled.

It clearly shows how sick democracy in the US already is. You're either for Trump or you're hunted.

Yes Joseph, I never thought I'd say this but, the media is awful. They are Trump supporters now. Let's boycott them! No more TV. Are you with me?
