That's exactly what's happening here. This rino mayor is a complete jack-off-a-saurus and his chances of re-election are in the toilet no matter what. He's a young guy, so probably later down the road we'll either see him running as a Democrat is some other local election, or running as a Republican just to guarantee a win for the Democrats
again.
