  • The trade war is escalating again

    This week, Trump has proposed a 300% import tariff on China and is now also picking a fight with India. He wants to impose a 50% import duty on that country. 20% of India's exports go to the US, so this dispute has a significant impact on India.

    So the trade war between China and the US seems to be flaring up again. And by the way, Trump also seems to want to pick a fight with the EU again over import tariffs. The earlier 'agreement' between the US and the EU is meaningless, and that will become clear in the coming days and weeks.
