    A major second amendment case happened because of your wonderful state. NY wanted to make it illegal to travel from your house to the gun range... It went to the Supreme Court... NY backed out in the last minute and the Court just reached down in their bag and pulled out a case that was similar and they argued that one.

    This gave us the Bruen decision... and in doing so... made it almost impossible for the ATF to regulate guns now.... They have to rely on the original text of the constitution and cannot deviate from the original text.

    This was all done because NY wanted to push and push and push against the 2nd Amendment.

    Thank you NY.

    So, back to the topic of abortion and the infants constitutional rights... The left will do the same.... push and push... Until the unborn have rights. Instead of working together and striking up a bill that makes everyone, mostly, happy. They'll shoot themselves in the vagina.

    I use to be pro-choice and now pro-life. Most of my pro-choice compromise comes from my beliefs that our culture is shot.

    There has to be someway to get the Democrats to talk about an other issue... There are people starving to death and homeless everywhere... The Dems are focused on their single issue.

    I haven't been keeping up with this, but that sounds like great news.
