It looks that way. While the media showed us footage of Russia deploying

along the border, that was Biden's opportunity to do something about it. But

never tried negotiating with Putin. He just looked into a camera and said "Don't, don't, don't." A stronger response would have been appropriate.

That isn't really collusion. I suspect a strong US response would have
also gotten Biden blamed for "formenting war," and maybe even more so.

That was why I rated that one as "not on purpose." While knowing they fund terrorism, and giving them $8 billion to play with is very questionable, I doubt the Biden team meant for it to be used that way. So it was a dumb move but maybe not a purposeful one.

Probably not on purpose, but it's neglectful. If Biden let his 7th grandkid starve to death (and I hope that he don't do that) then he didn't murder the kid, but he's guilty of neglect.

Biden was neglectful while Russia deployed troops. We didn't know it, but he wasn't only neglecting Ukraine, but he neglected billions of our dollars.

He was also neglectful in unfreezing $8 billion dollars for Iran, and neglectful of the billions in aid that we sent to Israel which many claim is being used to fund the slaughter of Palestinian civilians.

Biden's not directly responsible for all this, but he's neglectfully responsible for all of this.
