    What's the name of the Mystic semaphore that would start a echomail scan for outbound mail?

    echomail.out and netmail.out

    You can look at the default event "[FTN] Send outbound mail" that comes with Mystic. It has all the events setup for you.

    ... They say there's always one weirdo on the bus, but I couldn't find them!
