New people only need a Telegram account, look up a group and join.
Unfortunately, this can be a source of spam, which is very undesirable on Fido's side.
And in the case of a private group (which this is on the Telegram
side) any member already there can add the new guy.
I suppose this is a more reliable way of spreading Fido echoconferences in Telegram.
