i haven't seen it yet... when and how did you send it?

I see the node the browser brought up was 1:3636/12? I sent it there at
    1415hrs.

3634?? other than that, yes, that's my system... it still has not arrived here,
    AFAICT...

your system is 1:340/202 in portland, oregon, right?

searching my mailer logs (via grep), the only entries i find containing your 1:340/202 address are the few hundred where my system was trying to deliver that one stuck netmail to your point... the only other entry is the very last one where i renamed the packet to your address in the hope that it would be delivered to your node and forwarded to your point... we know how that came out
and the bug that caused it has now been eradicated so it should not be a problem any more...

i would check your mailer's outbound directory and logs and see if you can figure out:

    1. if the mail is still sitting there waiting to go out.

    2. if your system routed it to one of your links for
    further routing toward my system.

if #1 is in play and your system is unable to connect here, please let me know:

    1. your system's IP number so i can check if it is blocked
here for some reason... if your IP was blocked here, my
delivery would not have been able to happen on the 20th.
it is possible that your IP has been auto-blocked for
    some reason since then, though...

    2. what domain your system is trying to connect to... my
old wpusa.dynip.com domain has been gone since the
beginning of 2019... current nodelists should have my
    current proper domain in them...

if #2 is in play, please let me know which system your's routed the netmail to...

as a test, you can write a netmail message to "ping" at my 1:3634/12 address...
if you send it routed, you *may* get responses from intermediate ping-capable systems along the route telling you that the message arrived there and was sent
onward... if/when the ping message arrives here, my system will generate a response letting you know that the message did arrive here and it should show you the VIA lines from the intermediate systems that handled the netmail on its
    way here...

ASIDE: ISTR that once upon a time i knew and possibly had a link with a rick smith in the portland, OR, area... this was likely related to RemoteAccess BBS,
FrontDoor, or FastEcho... are you he? if so, it is good to see you again! please also accept my apologies for not remembering/recognizing you...

    LOL!

probably just a typo in the message but it could be that it was also typoed when entering the message... if the message was indeed addressed to 1:3636/12 and routed upstream, it is either sitting in some blackhole somewhere because net 3636 no longer exists and/or someone's system has tried to bounce it back and that's not gone swimmingly...

if the message was marked direct or crash to the wrong net, it is probably still sitting in rick's outbound trying to go but not finding the needed information to do so...

that is another valid address for my system but yeah, still no inbound contact here from your mailer... did you send it routed or crash/direct?
