Title: Honey Orange Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup
1/3 c Honey
1 tb Corn starch
1 ts Orange rind; grated
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Water
2 tb Butter
Combine honey, corn starch, and orange rind in a heavy saucepan. Stir
in orange juice and water. Bring to a boil; add fat and blend well.
Cool slightly. Sauce thickens as it cools.
Can be spooned over warm gingerbread or other desserts.
