    1 Unripe mango
    3 tb Coconut; grated
    1/2 lb Carrots
    Salt
    Fresh ginger (1/2")
    4 Green chiles
    1 Onion

    Grate the mango, carrot, and ginger, keeping each separate. Squeeze
    the excess juice from the grated mango. Save juice for a beverage.
    Mince onion and chiles. Combine all ingredients. Serve at room
    temperature or chilled.
