2 tb Cooking oil
1/2 c Green pepper strips
1/2 c Carrot strips
1/2 c Celery strips
1 md Zucchini;
- cut into thin strips
2 tb Chicken or vegetable broth
6 oz Snow peas
Salt & pepper
Stir-fry thin green pepper and carrot strips in hot oil for 1 minute.
Add celery and zucchini. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broth; cover and
cook for 30 seconds. Add snow peas and cook 1 minute more. Season.
