1 Bottle liquid concentrate
- crab boil
1 Lemon
MMMMM-------------------------PER PERSON------------------------------
1/2 lb Shrimp in shell; uncooked
1/2 lb Summer sausage;
- sliced in wheels
1 Corn ear; fresh or frozen
1 Potato; cut in chunks
Ignore bottle directions, use whole bottle of crab boil.
In a large pot bring water to boil, add lemon, crab boil, potatoes,
and corn. Cook until potatoes and corn are done. Add shrimp and
sausage. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp are done. Serve with
cocktail or tartar sauce and hot mustard for the sausage. Allow about
a six pack of very cold beer per person.
