1 Box vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c Light brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ginger
1 1/2 c Milk
1 c Pumpkin puree
Whipped cream (optional)
Combine dry ingredients. Heat milk to boiling. Add pumpkin and dry
ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into serving glasses. Top with whipped
cream, if desired.
