Prepare fajitas as desired, then chop into small pieces. Heat
tortillas on a hot griddle--place fajita pieces into center of
tortilla and roll up. Place rolled tortilla open side down on a
serving dish and over with Chile Con Queso. Spoon guacamole & sour
cream over tortilla.
