    Title: Truvy's Cuppa Cake
    Categories: Five, Cakes, Fruits, Snacks
    Yield: 9 servings

    1 c Flour
    1 c Sugar
1 c Fruit cocktail; with juice

    Set the oven @ 350oF/175oC.

Grease an 8" X 8" square baking dish, or an 8" round
dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and
fruit cocktail. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to stir
    until a batter forms.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Smooth
with a spatula. Bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes until
golden brown or "gold and bubbly" as Truvy says in the
    movie. (Steel Magnolias)

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let cool
for 20 minutes. Serve the cake warm with vanilla ice
    cream and extra cherries.

    Title: Original Fantasy Fudge
    Categories: Candy, Chocolate, Nuts
    Yield: 360 servings

    3 c Sugar
    3/4 c Butter
    2/3 c Evaporated milk
    2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
    7 oz Jar marshmallow creme
    1 c Chopped walnuts
    1 ts Pure vanilla extract

Prep a 13" x 9" pan by lining it with parchment paper or
greasing it with cooking spray. In a large pot over
medium heat, add the sugar, butter and evaporated
milk. Stir to dissolve the sugar, and then bring the
mixture to a boil for 5 minutes and stir constantly.

Remove the pot from the heat and add in the chocolate
chips. Stir until the chocolate chips are fully melted.
Then mix in the marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla.

Spread the fudge into the prepared pan. Allow it to
fully cool and set, about two hours, before cutting into
    small squares.
